Meet Courtney Raymond

Courtney Raymond grew up in Westchester County, New York, graduated from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts in 1990, and settled down in Houston, Texas. Courtney and her husband Michael are the proud parents of two beautiful daughters.

Courtney has spent the last 19 years recruiting financial advisers and adding to the CRC team. She has personally worked with hundreds of managers and thousands of candidates. Her deep knowledge base and intuitive closing skills are part of the CRC teams' success.

My history
I started recruiting financial advisers in 1993, and founded CRC in 1997 on a basis of integrity, doing what's right for both the candidate and client; hard work, and appreciation for our candidates' personal choices. In keeping with that, we only represent those candidates as 'Best in Class'. We're passionate about both our candidates and our clients.
